In addition to the main performance space The Warehouse now has a licenced bar which is becoming very popular with our audiences. Our aim is provide both a bar and an extra entertainment space with a welcoming, cosy atmosphere that echoes that of the main theatre downstairs, but being smaller in size with offer an more intimate setting for solo artists, small bands and perhaps those that are less well-known. We also intend to broaden the usage of the theatre/bar and hope to establish session nights, open mike nights, etc and to facilitate the use of both available spaces by those looking for a place to perform or meet. The bar and theatre together will provide a powerful combination of venues that can be used in tandem or in isolation. The bar is to be known as “The Live Lounge” and we hope that this is what it will come to symbolise - everything live and of the highest quality. Watch this space! Listen. Laugh. Watch. Live!
