General Business Relationship
We may contact you from time to time for marketing purposes by mail, telephone,
email or otherwise, unless you request otherwise.
THE WAREHOUSE is the trading name of The Warehouse Theatre.
YOUR PURCHASING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE WAREHOUSE:
For your protection and to prevent identity fraud, you may be required to confirm
your identity when placing your first order with THE WAREHOUSE.
THE WAREHOUSE Deliveries
Orders of items in stock will usually be delivered within three to four working
days.
Your order will be delivered in WAREHOUSE packaging by First Class post.
Exceptions:
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom the price quoted will always be on
the airfreight/air parcel post to the specific country, basis.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel an order, you need to do so PRIOR to dispatch of the
order, failing which you will be liable for the carriage charges.
THE WAREHOUSE PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
We believe so emphatically and passionately in our product that we accept full
responsibility for it! We endeavour to maintain the highest quality of every
WAREHOUSE product. Where a product is identified as having a manufacturing default,
we will gladly exchange or replace your purchase, provided the product has not
been damaged as a result of excessive wear, impact, negligence, tampering or
non-adherence to cleaning and care instructions. Exchanges or replacements shall
be at the discretion of THE WAREHOUSE. Please return the items for exchange or
replacement, with proof of purchase and in the original packaging within ten working days
of purchase to THE WAREHOUSE.
Returns Procedures
THE WAREHOUSE Returns
As part of the WAREHOUSE Quality Control Process, every product is checked for
quality before dispatch. If a product is proven to be defective on receipt by
our customers, Returns are free of charge.
REPLACEMENT REQUIRED
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged or faulty, and you require
a replacement, please return the product in it's original packaging giving details
of the damage/fault. The replacement will be sent to you FOC (Free of Charge).
Please include your name and address in your parcel, and remember to pack the
parcel securely.
REFUND REQUIRED
If you simply want a REFUND, return the complete product, unused and in it's
original packaging , and upon receipt by us, we will process a refund according
to your method of payment. A confirmation will be sent to you by post for any
refund processed. Please include your name and address in your parcel, and remember
to pack the parcel securely.
Exceptions
You must return items within ten working days in a new and unused condition to
qualify for a REFUND or exchange.
Returns by Post
Take the parcel to the Post Office for return to us.
We recommend using RECORDED DELIVERY for low value items, and SPECIAL DELIVERY
for items over £28 in value. Please note that the postage costs are not
refundable by THE WAREHOUSE.
All Returns made will be at your cost.
Special Note in Regard to Payment By credit and debit cards
All major credit /debit cards are processed through PayPal and are subject to
acceptance by PayPal.
If you are paying by cheque
Cheques should be made payable to “THE WAREHOUSE THEATRE” and posted
to:
THE WAREHOUSE, Pitgaveny Quay, LOSSIEMOUTH, Moray IV31 6TW
and needs to be received and bank cleared by THE WAREHOUSE prior to dispatch
of your order.
Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances
beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations
to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery
note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be
returned providing it is sent back within TEN working days and is in new condition.
All prices shown are cash prices in UK sterling.
Product Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability.
Colour Reproduction in different media:
THE WAREHOUSE take great care with the colours used in the products. The limitations
of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may
mean a slight variation to the actual product as depicted online and in print.
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate.
However, specifications may change.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order we ask that you advise us at least 48 hours
before your planned delivery date and you will receive a full refund. Where the
goods have been delivered to you, you may return them for up to 10 working
days from the date of delivery in line with the Distance Selling Directive. We
reserve the right to charge you to collect the goods and to charge you for any
damage that may have occurred whilst the goods have been in your possession,
if necessary.

Complaints
THE WAREHOUSE welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints
speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied
